If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time we will not be able to accommodate your pets grooming and you will need to reschedule.

A No – show or late cancellation will require a non-refundable prepayment for grooming services before we will schedule your next appointment.

We cannot groom a pet in heat.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

A deposit is required for:

• New clients
• Clients with previous late cancellations or no-shows

Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Multiple no-shows may require full pre-payment for future services. We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us if you need assistance.
